Domestic Orders (USA) over $75 Are Eligible For Free Shipping! Simply Place An Order With The Total Amount Over $75 And Choose "USPS Standard" Shipping (2-9 Days Delivery Time) At Checkout And The USPS Domestic Standard Shipping Charges (Regularly $6.99) Will Be Completely On Us.

USPS Standard Shipping (2-9 days) at Ballers Ice is one low Flat Rate of $6.99 no matter how many items you order and ships via USPS First Class or USPS Parcel Post. If you prefer faster shipping within the US, we offer USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) for just $11.99 flat and Express Mail (1-2 days) for $26.99, regardless of the size of your order. Priority International (6-10 days) shipping outside of USA, is a flat $29.99. Express International (3-5 days) shipping outside of USA is $39.99 flat rate, regardless of size of order. We give free USPS.COM Track & Confirm numbers.

Returns/Exchanges

We offer a 7 day refund policy and a 14 day exchange policy. These policies apply to manufacturer defects only and do not cover damage done by the customer. All returns and exchanges will be investigated. Buyer is responsible to ship the defective item to us and we will pay to ship the replacement item to buyer via our choice of shipping method. Buyer must notify us of defective item prior to shipping and we will provide an RMA (Return Merchant Authorizaton) number. Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be exchanged, returned or refunded. There are no exceptions to this policy.

In accordance with FDA regulations, the following items cannot be exchanged or returned: Pimp Cups (unless we made a mistake in customization), Earrings and Grillz are sold as is without warranties of any kind and all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
